In this instance, the person would need to prove that they have been in Australia for the last five years as an eligible immigrant or they would need to provide documentary evidence that they are in Australia at the time of application. To apply for eligible new Zealand citizen visa, you must apply in person, complete the application form and submit it along with any necessary documents to the designated office. Once your application is received, you will receive an acknowledgment letter and further information about your application.
One of the most common ways to become eligible for an Australia spouse visa is through marriage. Therefore, if you are in a relationship and want to apply for Australia immigration to stay together for a definite period of time, you can include your marriage certificate as proof that your relationship is still valid.
